Easy to rent online and the whole process was easy

I can't get into my account to pay my bill.

I had a little trouble with the computer application. So I called the office and spoke with a very kind and helpful lady. I am not real computer savvy so I was grateful for the help. I moved in over two days. I am 78 years old and needed to rest after a few hours of lifting furniture and household goods. I am pleased with the location and the price of the unit. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Driveways washed away, difficult to get vehicle near unit. Ground in front of unit door flooded up to 6 inches with no drainage. Salesperson said he would give me the half price discount on my first full month, but charge me full pro rated fee for last 2 days of the prior month. In reality the system halved the cost of the two days and charged me full for the first month. Called and the answering b*t*h curtly said that was how it was going to be. She said she would have a manager call me but that never happened. If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re going to promise a prospective customer something you sure as heck better live up to your promise. Customer Service? I like it so far. I like the pricing and the entering gate was easy to Operate

Driving up to the gate, property was clean but not terribly impressive. The driveway was gravel and showed its use, but no problem for us. We called them, as instructed to do so, and the call was answered very promptly. Sam was our KO representative. He was very pleasant and thorough explaining the do's and do not's of the facility. Never once did he fail to answer our question(s) truthfully and without hesitation. I'm glad we found you. Hope to have a long-term relationship with you.

I paid for unit just have not moved anything in yet

I was able to sign up online and move my stuff into the unit the same day. Pricing was fair and security looks pretty good. They were expanding the site when I visited to include a larger security gate and more units.
